Website privacy

This notice explains how this website handles inspection requests and website usage information.

Information you provide

The inspection form collects your name, phone number, property address, city, state, ZIP code, selected service, and any optional email address or project details you choose to enter. Please do not include payment information, policy documents, or other sensitive information in the message.

How the website uses it

Your request is saved so NLRX can contact you, discuss your property, arrange an inspection, and manage follow-up. Submitting the form does not schedule an appointment or sign a construction agreement.

Storage and access

Requests are stored with the website’s hosting service. The request inbox is restricted to the NLRX owner through sign-in. When email delivery is enabled, the details you submit are also sent through Resend to NLRX at chicagonlrx@gmail.com and handled by the email service and NLRX’s mailbox provider. If you include an email address, NLRX can reply directly to you. The website also stores a date-based hash of the sending IP address to help limit repeated submissions; it does not store the raw IP address in the request database.

Address suggestions

When address suggestions are enabled, the street address you type is sent to Google Maps to suggest matching properties and fill in city, state, and ZIP code. You can enter the address manually instead. The address you confirm is saved with your inspection request. Suggestions are not saved in the request database. Address lookups also use temporary, hashed usage counters to limit repeated requests. Google’s Privacy Policy and Maps terms apply to its service.

Project maps and design tools

Project maps load map images from OpenStreetMap. Your browser connects to its servers when you view the map; the marker identifies the town, not a customer’s home address. Information or photos you choose to provide there are handled by that service under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to help NLRX understand website visits and improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited, interactions, device and browser information, and how visitors arrived at the website. Inspection request details are not included in the analytics tag added by NLRX. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can learn about the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The hosting platform may also use cookies to provide access and sign-in functionality.
